Business Development Manager North America (m/f)
Responsibilities:
- Act as the local representative for alliance partners in North America
- Support and develop existing business partners in North America
- Identify new business partners and sales opportunities in North America
- Execute marketing activities such as roadshows and trade fairs
- Evaluate customer and market requirements as well as competitor strategies
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years sales experience within the recording / quality monitoring industry
- University degree in marketing or equivalent education
- Ability to think strategically paired with a pragmatic approach in day to day business
- Capability of working independently and to tight deadlines
- Structured and effective working style, good organizational skills
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills in English
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
- Willingness to travel

Product Marketing Manager (m/f)
Responsibilities:
- Positioning of Workforce Management-Solutions in all markets and distribution channels
- Responsible for successful product launch using innovative marketing tools
- Creation of presentations, sales material, user reports and press releases
- Sales support on key accounts, strategic projects, roadshows and trade fairs
- Cultivate relationship with analysts
- Evaluation and analysis of customer requirements, competitive strategies and market requirements
- Participate in definition of product releases: definition of features and requirements and their prioritization
- Developing of software releases in coordination with Product Management and Sales
- Coordination of product development with customer and project specific developments and Professional Services
- Close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Product Management and R&D
Technical/Experience Requirements:
- Technology related undergraduate degree. MBA or relevant graduate degree prefered
- Strong understanding of IT-technologies in realm of server operating systems, Client-Server-technologies, Database technologies (MS-SQL, MySQL, Oracle), Reporting and Business intelligence (e. g. Crystal Enterprise), Web-technologies (PHP, AJAX, ASP, Web Services, SOA, XML), Virtualization
- Excellent markt- and branch knowledge in Telecommunications-/Call Center-industrie (PBX, ACD, IVR, CTI) and high technical affinity
- Strong understandig of sequences of operations in contact centers especially in quality management: customer feedback, mystery calls, structuring of customer contacts, workforce management, eLearning / eCoaching, leadership skills, knowledge in speech technologies, keyword spotting, speech analysis (TTS,STT)
- Candidate must demonstrate capability to think strategically and be able to develop creative solutions yet also detail oriented and able to execute
- Excellent verbal and communications skills that indicate the ability to successfully present to senior management, customers, and solution partners
- Exceptional teaming and interpersonal skills
- Excellent knowledge in English verbal and written
- Willingness to travel
